Disciplemaking along the Front Range

Two years ago our Front Range AIA team (Which we lead) was invited to be a part of a two year journey to shift our ministry focus from being a ministry that ministers to athletes to a movement that empowers athletes to become disciple-makers using their platform of sport. We joined with 8 other staff teams around the country for this intensive discipleship journey. Each staff was challenged to consider our own walk with Jesus as we set out to lead others to walk with him as well.

Our team has gone from having 4 disciple makers in 2017 to over 25 now. In two years our disicplemaking focus has yielded a 525% increase in athletes investing in the lives of others... that’s incredible growth. Our team that reaches the Front Range (Wyoming, UNC, CU, CSU, DU and Metro State Universities) is committed to this vision and have taken tangible steps to ensure this movement continues well into the future at each of these athletic departments.
