When we think of the Great Commission of Jesus we are convinced that we cannot reach the world with the Gospel without reaching those with great influence. We believe that athletes have a platform and we want to propel them to use their platform for eternal truth.
So, what do you guys actually do?
On a daily basis we pursue relationships with athletes on college campuses. We meet with them in one on one as well as group settings. We also lead a once a week gathering of athletes to explore spiritual truths and questions.
Reza has been trained through AIA's NFL Chaplain program and has facilitated chapel for NFL teams.
Allyson has opportunities to utilize her gifts in Communication training to help equip and train AIA staff in effectively communicating the Gospel.
What if we want to help but cannot give financially?
Finances are only one way to be involved. The L.I.F.E investment of our team is crucial to our ministry. Can you introduce us to others? Can you come serve? Can you pray for us?
Do you only work with Christian athletes?
We love working with athletes and have many relationships with non-Christian athletes on campus.
